Ahmad Chatila
Hello, my name is Ahmad, originally from Lebanon and at BTS I studied Master in Digital Transformation Leadership. Let me tell you my experience here.
What master program that you graduate from?
Master in Digital Transformation Leadership.
Can you tell us where are you working now and your current role?
I’m currently working at HungerStation, Saudi Arabia’s leading food delivery app and part of the global Delivery Hero network, where I serve as the Director of Brand and Communication.
How did your experience at BTS help to achieve this?
My experience at BTS significantly expanded my marketing capabilities by equipping me with the skills to integrate emerging technologies, AI tools, and data-driven approaches into campaign strategy and execution. I learned to champion innovation across creative, media, and performance touchpoints, which led to smarter workflows, more personalized brand experiences, and measurable improvements in engagement, efficiency, and ROI.
What advice would you give to current students that are doing first steps into their career?
Don’t wait until you feel fully ready—just start. Intern, freelance, or volunteer to gain real-world experience as early as possible.
Apply what you’re learning by building small projects, experimenting, and solving real problems—this is where true growth happens.
Strive to speak both the language of tech and business; being able to bridge that gap is a powerful advantage.
Stay curious, stay visible, and invest in genuine relationships—people often open the doors to your next opportunity.
If so, can you highlight any achievements or milestones you´ve reached that you´re particularly proud of?
One of my proudest achievements has been pioneering the use of emerging AI technologies in marketing, which has led to multiple industry awards. A standout milestone was the 2023 launch of “The Subconscious Order” campaign for HungerStation, Saudi Arabia’s leading food delivery platform.
This groundbreaking initiative used AI and eye-tracking technology to tap into users’ subconscious food preferences—offering a personalized ordering experience that tackled decision fatigue in a creative, data-driven way.
Key Achievements:
• 2.5 million media impressions
• 630,000 portal visits
• 78,000 new customers in just two weeks
• Cannes Lions Grand Prix (Creative Commerce, 2023) – the first for a Saudi brand
• Gold ADDY (2024) – Innovative Use of Interactive/Technology
• Cresta Gold Award (2023) – Creative Commerce
This campaign not only delivered impressive business results but also put Saudi Arabia on the global creative map.
Why would you recommend BTS?
I’d recommend BTS because it offers a soft yet powerful launch into the world of business and emerging tech. Their hands-on simulations and up-to-date programs keep you closely aligned with how digital transformation is rapidly evolving. It’s a rare place where you learn to bridge strategy and execution while staying leveled up with the latest tools, trends, and thinking. With exposure to top global clients, practical problem-solving, and a strong people-first culture, BTS is an ideal starting point for anyone serious about leading in the digital age.
