Can you tell us where are you working now and your current role?
I am working currently at PUMA as a Team Head Product Development Solutions.
How did your experience at BTS help to achieve this?
My Master’s in Digital Transformation and Leadership at the Business Technology School of Barcelona helped me in my role as Team Head – Product Development Solutions by giving me a strong foundation in business processes, technology integration, and leadership. It provided me with the skills to drive digital transformation, optimize workflows, and implement automation solutions. The program’s focus on data-driven decision-making and strategic problem-solving has been essential in bridging gaps between business units, automation, and IT, ensuring efficient collaboration and process improvements.
What advice would you give to current students that are doing first steps into their career?
My advice will be the following three:
1. Be Curious and Keep Learning
2. Get Hands-on Experience
