Gabrijela Šitum is a highly skilled Senior UX Researcher with extensive experience in user research, usability testing, and product design. Currently working with Elixirr Digital, Gabrijela leads user experience research initiatives and collaborates remotely with teams to create impactful digital products.
Her previous experience includes serving as a Product Design Director and UX Research Lead at Infobip, where she contributed significantly to the UX design strategy, user research, and usability testing. Gabrijela also worked at Endava Europe, where she developed digital products for high-profile clients, including Napster and Marriott International.
Fluent in both English and Croatian, Gabrijela excels in cross-team collaboration, agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and coaching & mentoring. Her expertise also extends to user journeys, interaction design, and rapid prototyping, making her a versatile professional in the UX and product design field.
