Expert connecting business needs with technology at the enterprise scale. Over the last few years, Guillem has run consultancy teams across multiple countries as well as leading the Barcelona development office which he has built from scratch. Landing company from the UK, hiring employees, building teams (currently running Spotify model), defining working place guidelines, budget ownership, career development, and overview of project development (mostly running Agile – SCRUM projects but with customer limitations) were some of his main tasks.
He has a background in Computer science and evolved via the consultancy path, starting from Java Consultant, IT lead and solutions lead. Being in almost every area of the IT career has helped him to understand the needs of his employees, match them with company goals, and deliver top-notch solutions to his customers.
