Hooman Rezvani Esfahani is a Product Designer with over 10 years of experience creating user-centric, data-informed digital products with complex enterprise software, such as time-attendance, task management, and workforce management systems across e-commerce, SaaS, B2B, and B2C environments.
Throughout his career, Hooman has led and collaborated with cross-functional teams, bridging design, product strategy, and data to tackle complex problems under uncertainty. His work emphasizes clear problem framing, evidence-based decision-making, usability research, and continuous experimentation to optimize end-to-end user journeys beyond surface-level UI polish.
In addition to his industry role, Hooman is deeply involved in design education and mentorship. He serves as a Product Design Mentor at ADPList, where he has guided dozens of designers in advancing their careers and strengthening their product thinking skills. He is also a Professor in the UX Master’s Program at Barcelona Technology School, teaching UX, product management, and real-world case studies that connect theory with practice.
