Alloza has extensive experience in the development and implementation of software solutions with a significant impact on business results, as well as in the management of diverse teams: he has managed staffs of up to one hundred people – engineers, scientists, designers…– managing its growth and getting to double teams in consecutive years. In this sense, Alloza led the technical team of Holaluz during the successful IPO of the company for a value of €40M, with a €160M capitalization.
He loves boosting high-purpose people-centric businesses through technology.
At BTS, Javi is the instructor of Engineering Management within the Master in Product Management, where he focuses on teaching how to develop a mindset that students as Product Managers to understand the most common engineering-related business challenges and make the most of the collaboration with Engineering Managers.
