He currently serves as Director of the Fundació TIC Salut Social, where he leads Catalonia’s digital health policies and innovation programs under the Department of Health. In addition, he is Founder of CIVICAi, a digital health consultancy, and an active consultant in Health IT and Innovation.
His expertise spans digital transformation, AI in healthcare, medical imaging, and public health strategy. He previously held leadership positions in both public and private healthcare institutions, combining his medical background with a strong track record in executive hospital management and digital innovation.
