Joan Carles is a Graduated in Nursing, from the University of Barcelona. He is an associate teacher at the Nursing School at the Universitat de Barcelona. He has a Master’s degree in Public Management from ESADE and had edited the books “Homecare organization and practices, and Management in primary care.
He has also written several articles related to Homecare, Chronic Care, and Integrated Care. Currently, he works in the Chronic Care Programme and Integrated Health and Social Care Plan at Departament de Salut de la Generalitat de Catalunya.
