Jorge Monclús Ruiz is a lawyer specialized in Intellectual Property and New Technologies. He has extensive experience in intellectual property, data protection, ecommerce, entertainment and disruptive technologies. He has participated as legal advisor in many national and international contractual and litigation cases related to technological agreements, including outsourcing and software licensing; and the transfer of technology, knowledge and innovation in several fields and sectors.

He has written several publications and doctrinal articles, including the book Aspectos sociales de las redes sociales (Legal Aspects of Social Media), Bosch, 2016.
