Jose Luis Muñoz Tapia is a Telecommunications Engineer and he has a Ph.D. in cryptographic protocols for digital certification. His research work focuses on the field of computer networks, virtualization, network security, cryptography and applications for blockchain. In this area, he is a co-author of dozens of articles in magazines and congresses.
He is also a project evaluator for the Ministry of Energy, Tourism and Digital Agenda (MINECO) and also for AENOR.
