Marcela´s main interest is building foundations for developing entrepreneurial ventures and creating opportunities that accelerate positive changes. Marcela is a design researcher, competent in strategic planning using human centered tools to create solutions that are user and interactions centered. Additionally, she is a facilitator of innovation processes with generative and collaborative tools such as Design Thinking, Design Sprints and Art of Hosting practices. With past experiences with HOLON Design and OpenIDEO Barcelona Chapter. Now Marcela is exploring and practicing new ways of collaborating and working together to create better outcomes for our ecosystem.
As a curious mind, Marcela teaches User Research at Barcelona Technology School, to inspire students to think creatively and find solutions. Marcela´s ultimate goal is to help build a culture of innovation focused on impact and purpose.
