Nash’s background is in Investment banking where he spent 10 years working in the City of London. He now works with the CEOs and exec teams of fast growth companies in the tech sector who want to scale in three dimensions – profit, social value, well-being.

To achieve this, he’s developed a programme of organisational transformation called the High Impact Culture method where he enables his clients in the areas of Leadership, Strategy and Management and building high performance, purpose-driven companies. He’s also a lecturer at BTS and he’s currently launching an accelerator programme which aims to halve the number of company failures by helping them operate using the HIC-m. His purpose in business is to accelerate business for well-being – giving opportunity to everyone, including the excluded, to contribute to solving humanity’s greatest challenges.
