Pablo is a student from the Master in Big Data Solutions at Barcelona Technology School. He is from Uruguay, and came to Barcelona to have an international experience, pursue new contacts and develop skills in big data, data science, infrastructure, and agile methodologies.
What inspired you to study abroad?
The importance of being here in Barcelona, which is a very exciting city, to improve my contacts and learn something new here.
How is living in Barcelona?
We are experiencing a new life here with all the classmates. It is exciting!
How do you see yourself in future?
I am trying to pursue new contacts here in Barcelona and start working as soon as possible in the delivery app industry. I came from Uruguay where I was working as a product analyst in the past two years in the delivery app. So, I am trying to pursue contacts in this industry.
Are you developing new skills?
Yes, a lot of new skills: in big data, data science, infrastructure, and agile methodologies. Yes, a lot of new skills.
Why would you recommend Barcelona Technology School?
Because it is an international school, a lot of diverse and cultural countries are here. The classes are amazing! All people here in Barcelona and in the school are very friendly. We are enjoying a lot here!
Is this time abroad impacting your life?
A lot, a lot! I was studying in Uruguay also doing a Master, but I think this is the right moment to do this jump in Europe and see what happens here.
How is your experience at Barcelona Technology School?
Interesting, very interesting. I am learning a lot and sharing with people from different cultures with a lot of diversities is amazing.
