Sella Masselink is a Design Thinking facilitator, User Researcher and Gamification expert. She has a background in neuropsychology and has worked for Unilever as a consumer scientist. Five years ago, she moved to Barcelona for a Master in Serious Gaming and since then worked in the field of Design Thinking.
