Víctor Fairén is passionate about personal growing and helping the teams and organizations in their process of growing, transformation and improvement. He strongly believes in a model where companies and their employees collaborate happily in a healthy environment towards a common objective.

He works as a catalyst for the change based on Agile and Lean principles in the different departments of companies: Human Resources, Marketing, Sales and above all in IT. He has helped companies in different countries in Europe (Spain, Canada, Greece, Serbia, Austria, Iceland, etc.), in their processes of Digital Transformation or adoption of Agile and Lean principles and practices.
