Degree in Computer Engineering from the Universitat Politácnica de Catalunya, Master in Agile Methodologies. A certified Agiles methodology coach, change agent, and agile coach.
Among his experiences are the definition, strategy, and execution of the agile adoption of IT teams in conjunction with IT management and agile coaches. Xavier has worked with the different teams helping to remove organizational impediments and carrying out different initiatives to pry on the cultural change necessary to accompany the new agile methodologies.
