Overview

Digital disruptions like Artificial Intelligence or telemedicine are swiftly reshaping healthcare services, improving citizens quality of life and supporting the health ecosystem transition towards value-based healthcare.

The main aim of our interdisciplinary Master in Digital Healthcare is to build a digital health workforce to bridge the current knowledge gap between health and technology to address the health-related societal challenges throughout the development and implementation of evidence-based digital solutions.

Health and social care systems, insurers, service providers, pharmaceutical companies and the broad range of stakeholders that are part of the health ecosystem need to adapt and embrace emerging disruptive technologies to gain competitiveness, create new business models or simply ensure the sustainability of the system.

As digital health consolidates, health, pharma and technology organizations will need to recruit clinicians, engineers and managers equipped with technology innovation knowledge and skills, and a deep understanding of the complexity of the health and social care sector.

What Will I Learn?

The Master in Digital Healthcare will provide with the necessary tools, methods, legal framework and technological expertise of the health ecosystem in order to develop and implement patient-centric solutions which address societal needs while developing new business opportunities.

This program of study is aimed at students who have a degree in Health Sciences, Engineering, Life Sciences or Mathematics and who would like to develop their professional career in this field.

Graduates of our program will be well-prepared for a range of exciting careers, including:

  • Digital Health Consultant: advising healthcare organizations on the implementation and optimization of digital health technologies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Healthcare Data Analyst: analyzing complex health data to generate actionable insights that drive clinical decision-making and improve healthcare outcomes.
  • Telemedicine Program Manager: overseeing the development and management of telemedicine services, ensuring accessibility and high-quality care for patients.
  • Health IT Project Manager: leading projects that integrate advanced technology solutions within healthcare settings to enhance service delivery and patient experience.
  • Clinical Informatics Specialist: working at the intersection of clinical practice and information technology to optimize the use of health information systems and improve clinical workflows.
